Loyalsock tennis sweeps Cowanesque Valley

Jenna Beiter and Sienna Tolomay combined for a 6-4, 6-4 win at No. 2 doubles at Loyalsock beat Cowanesque Valley, 5-0, in girls high school tennis on Friday. The Lancers swept all five matches in straight sets and dropped just four games in singles play.

In action tennis Thursday, St. John Neumann’s Leland Barclay won at No. 1 singles, but was the Knights’ only winner in a 4-1 loss to Galeton.
