Mansfield baseball upset 9th ranked West Chester

In college baseball, Mansfield Mountaineers took down ninth-ranked West Chester, 3-0, on Sunday afternoon. Evan McAndrew through a complete game shutout for the Mounties. In the second game of the afternoon, West Chester struck for 10 runs through the first two innings en route to a 15-2 victory.

• In college softball, Mikayla Aldenderfer retired 12 in a row after allowing two first-inning runs, allowing the Lycoming College softball team to rally for a 4-2 win in the first game of its oubleheader against Widener. The Warriors fell in the second game, 7-1. Kayla Kline and Morgan Klosko finished 2-for-3 and drove in two runs each in the first game for the Warriors. Taylor Gessner was 1-for-2 with a double and a run scored.
