Lycoming County 165 new COVID-19 cases

Tioga County sees 51 new cases, Clinton 38, Sullivan 1

HARRISBURG-The Pennsylvania Department of Health confirmed today December 16, that there are 10,049 additional positive cases of COVID-19, bringing the statewide total to 519,369.

There were 278 new deaths reported for a total of 13,168 deaths attributed to COVID-19.

Lycoming County has had 4,273 cases (3,897 confirmed and 376 probable) 165 new today. Sullivan County has had 113 cases (89 confirmed and 24 probable) 1 new today. Clinton County has had 1,403 cases (1,272 confirmed and 131 probable) 38 new today and Tioga County has had 1,637 cases (1,521 confirmed and 116 probable) 51 new today.

95 Lycoming County residents have tested negative in the last 24 hours.

Lycoming County has 94 COVID-19 patients hospitalized, 14 in the ICU, with 7 on ventilators and 2 available Adult ICU beds. Tioga County has 14 COVID-19 patients hospitalized, 6 in the adult ICU and 4 on ventilators and no Adult ICU beds available. Montour County has 135 COVID-19 patients 36 in the ICU, with 24 on ventilators and 10 Adult ICU beds available, according to the state’s data released today.
