HARRISBURG-The Pennsylvania Department of Health today confirmed January 5, that there were 8,818 additional positive cases of COVID-19, bringing the statewide total to 673,915.
Statewide percent positivity for the week of December 25 – December 31 stood at 15.0%
The state is reporting 185 new deaths today bringing the statewide total to 16,546
Lycoming County has had 6,373 COVID-19 cases (5,705 confirmed, 668 probable) 92 new today. Sullivan 159 (129 confirmed, 30 probable) 2 new today, Tioga 1,986 (1,829 confirmed, 157 probable) 18 new today and Clinton 2,066 (1864 confirmed, 202 probable) 12 new today.
