Lycoming County 10 new COVID-19 cases

HARRISBURG-The Pennsylvania Department of Health confirmed today, March 22, there were 1,578 additional positive cases of COVID-19, in addition to 2,342 new cases reported Sunday, March 21, for a two-day total of 3,920 additional positive cases of COVID-19, bringing the statewide total to 988,435.

There were 14 new deaths and as of Sunday, March 21, there was 1 new death identified by the Pennsylvania death registry, reported for a total of 24,789 deaths attributed to COVID-19.

Lycoming County has had 9,846 cases to date (8,403 confirmed, 1,443 probable) 10 new today; Clinton County 2,992 (2,695 confirmed, 297 probable) 7 new today; Tioga County 2,529 cases (2,214 confirmed, 315 probable) 3 new today; Sullivan County 338 (269 confirmed, 69 probable) 0 new today and Northumberland 8,360 (7,191 confirmed, 1,169 probable) 8 new today.

Lycoming County has 26 COVID-19 patients hospitalized, 5 in the ICU and 2 on a ventilator and 0 available adult ICU beds. Clinton County has one COVID-19 patient, Tioga County has 1 COVID-19 patients, 1 in the ICU and 1 on a ventilator and 1 available ICU bed and Northumberland County has 4 hospitalized COVID-19 patients, 2 in the ICU and 0 on a ventilator and 2 available ICU beds.
