Authorities with the Lycoming County District Attorney’s Office have charged Jessica Louise Brosh, 51, of 229 Campbell St., with delivery of a controlled substance after she allegedly provided cocaine to an undercover detective in exchange for $100 on April 11, according to court documents.

Arraigned by District Judge Kirsten Gardner, Brosh was released on $35,000 bail.
