Inventor to speak

to inventor’s club

The Williamsport Inventor’s Club will feature Paul Moulton, president of Indoor Sky LLC and inventor and manufacturer of The Dayliter Shading System, from 5:30 to 7 p.m., Feb. 22.

Moulton will share his experiences during the three years since the launch of Indoor Sky’s first product, which has been full of challenges and “learning moments — not all of which were encountered for the first time.” Moulton will share his journey to date and offer a roadmap for avoiding, or at least anticipating, the challenges that might kill an idea or young company.

A degree in construction/architecture from Brighton Polytechnic in England provided the foundation for a 40-year career in architectural product development and marketing in both Europe and North America. This architectural design background facilitated numerous innovative new product designs leading to seven patents bearing Moulton’s name.

The Williamsport Inventor’s Club is designed to educate, foster collaboration and networking and give attendees the tools, resources and knowledge they need to move their inventions forward.

Attendance is free and open to the public; however, registration is required.

New attendees are asked to arrive by 5:15 p.m. to sign a confidentiality agreement prior to the start of the meeting to protect the inventors and information exchanged.
