Fourteen individuals recently were sentenced at the Lycoming County Courthouse, according to court documents.
Three were sentenced to state prison. They are:
• Nyema M. Jordan, 22, 4 Grafius St., second floor, 10 to 36 months for false reports, false identification, retail theft, possession of a controlled substance and driving under suspension.
• Devon P. Bowmaster, 23, 68 N. McKinney Road, Lock Haven, 18 to 36 months with credit for time served for aggravated harassment.
• Karen A. Erdely, 52, state prison, six to 12 months for theft by unlawful taking and forgery.
Two were sentenced to county prison. They are:
• Troy M. Purnell, 49, 645 Hepburn St., Apt. 1, one to three days for possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Richard J. Weigel Jr., 49, 1510 Light St., nine to 23 months and 18 months probation for cruelty to animals.
Eight were sentenced to probation. They are:
• Robert C. Chase, 53, 205 Stoney Gap Road, Cogan Station, four months and $500 in fines for reckless endangerment of another person.
• Douglas J. Sander, 46, 13 Whitetail Drive, Elysburg, 12 months and 50 hours of community service for possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Matthew L. Smida, 19, Landenberg, 48 months and 100 hours of community service for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.
• Ralph C. Green, 23, 524 Royal Ave., six months and 50 hours of community service for false identification.
• Rodney L. Shaner, 58, 66 Rishel Hollow Road, Hughesville, 12 months and 50 hours of community service for disorderly conduct.
• Daryl Abplanalp, 26, 48 Route 549, Lot 2, Mansfield, 12 months and 25 hours of community service for possession of a controlled substance.
• Storm A. Marshall, 20, 130 S. Main St., Jersey Shore, 12 months, 35 hours of community service and $200 in fines for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under suspension.
• Paul F. Sampsell, 33, 1220 Allegheny St. Apt. 302, Jersey Shore, 24 months and 50 hours of community service for possession of drug paraphernalia.
One was fined. She is:
• Mirta Abdulah, 44, no address listed, $600 for possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct.
