3 sentenced in Tioga County

WELLSBORO -- The following people recently were sentenced to:

County Prison:

• Justin R. Belfield, 20, of Elkins Park, 19 days to 48 months and a $100 fine for aggravated assault by motor vehicle

Probation:

• Richard Wagner, 39, of Corning, New York, 18 months and a $100 fine for simple assault.

• Julie L. Sherman, 47, of Wellsboro, 24 months and a $100 fine for simple assault.
