PENNSDALE – The Economy Locker Storage Co. employee killed Monday morning when she accidentally fell into a large hopper of an industrial meat grinder was Jill Greninger, 35, of Williamsport, according to Lycoming County Coroner Charles E. Kiessling Jr.

The accident was reported about 11:40 a.m. when another employee discovered Greninger inside the grinder that was in operation, according to officials.

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is looking the investigation into the industrial accident.
