Thirty-one people recently were sentenced in Lycoming County Court.
Two were sentenced to state prison. They are:
• Anthony Potter, 27, of Jersey Shore, 24 to 60 months, 36 months probation, $1,000 fine, drug & alcohol assessment, DUI education, and 100 hours community service for aggravated assault by vehicle.
• Danielle Marie Scott, 34, of State Correctional Institution Cambridge Springs, three to 12 months for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Twelve were sentenced to county prison. They are:
• Tara L. Steppe, 45, of Williamsport, 48 hours to six months, $1,050 in fines, drug & alcohol assessment, DUI education, and 100 hours community service for DUI (with minor in vehicle) and traffic violations.
• Duane E. Neufer, 39, of South Williamsport, two months to two years, $750 in fines, drug & alcohol evaluation, DUI education, and 50 hours community service for DUI, driving without a license and driving while under suspension.
• Derrick M. Ponds, 30, of Williamsport, 90 days to 12 months and 12 months probation for simple assault and contraband.
• Tammy Jo Degarmo, 51, of Williamsport, seven days to nine months, drug & alcohol assessment and 14 hours community service for disorderly conduct.
• Jaheed K. Wright, 36, of Williamsport, six to 24 months, drug & alcohol assessment and 50 hours community service for delivery of a controlled substance.
• James J. Thomas, 20, of Lycoming County Prison, three to six months and 33 months probation for possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver, delivery of a controlled substance, and criminal use of communication facility.
• Seth D. Way, 36, of Edge Water, Fla., one to two days, 18 months probation and $2,300 in fines for possession of a small amount of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Robert D. Foley, 30, of Lycoming County Prison, two to 18 months, 12 months probation and anger management assessment for criminal trespassing, terroristic threats and simple assault.
• Addison D. Bender, 33, of Winchester, Va., 72 hours to six months, $1,025 in fines, drug & alcohol assessment, DUI education, and 25 hours community service for DUI and traffic violations.
• Ronald H. Dotson, 51, of Williamsport, 96 days and $1,050 in fines for driving under suspension, careless driving and stop sign violation.
• Jordan B. Hanson, 23, of Selinsgrove, seven days to 12 months and drug & alcohol assessment for retail theft.
• Matthew M. Mattioli, 30, of Plains, 21 days to 12 months, 24 months probation and $800 in fines for false identification, recklessly endangering another person and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Four were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They are:
• Jan S. Winther, 29, of Cogan Station, electronic monitoring, $325 in fines, drug & alcohol assessment, DUI education, and 50 hours community service for DUI and careless driving.
• Katilyn A. Reynolds, 21, of Cogan Station, electronic monitoring, $1,000 fine, drug & alcohol evaluation, and DUI education for DUI.
• Mallory A. Keyte, 32, of Montoursville, electronic monitoring, $1,025 in fines, drug & alcohol assessment, and 50 hours community service for DUI.
• Robert E. Smith, 55, of Cogan Station, electronic monitoring, $2,000 in fines, drug & alcohol assessment, and DUI education for DUI.
Eleven were sentenced to probation. They are:
• Tafera J. Harris, 20, of Philadelphia, 12 months, $1,000 fine, drug & alcohol assessment, DUI education, and 50 hours community service for possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.
• Mallory L. Shuman, 32, of Avis, 18 months, $200 fine, drug & alcohol evaluation, and 50 hours community service for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and theft by unlawful taking.
• Caleb P. Rooker, 22, of Muncy Valley, six months, $625 in fines, drug & alcohol assessment, DUI education, and 50 hours community service for DUI, turn signal violation and careless driving.
• Jonathan Pace, 34, of Williamsport, 12 months and 50 hours community service for possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Carl H. Parker, 53, of Hughesville, six months and 50 hours community service for harassment.
• Keith W. Eck, 34, of Williamsport, 12 months, $100 fine and drug & alcohol assessment for harassment and public drunkenness.
• Toby J. Pequignot, 40, 12 months and drug & alcohol assessment for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Nikima S. Davis, 38, of Williamsport, six months, $750 fine and drug & alcohol assessment for possession of a controlled substance.
• Daniel Wingfield, 50, of Muncy, 24 months, drug & alcohol assessment, anger management, and 25 hours community service for simple assault and terroristic threats.
• Ronald E. Ulmer Jr., 53, of Williamsport, 12 months and 25 hours community service for loitering and prowling.
• Karen M. McCloskey, 57, of Williamsport, 12 months and mental health assessment for criminal trespass.
Two were fined. They are:
• Alycia A. Rose, 25, of Jersey Shore, $300 for possession of a small amount of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Charles R. Johnson, 37, of Williamsport, $200 for harassment.
