Two people were sent to the Williamsport Regional Medical Center to be treated for injuries they suffered when these two cars collided in the 1700 block of East Third Street in Loyalsock Township about 12:15 p.m. Friday, state police said. A woman driving the Nissan Sentra at right and a male front-seat passenger in the Acura at left were taken by ambulances to the hospital. The identities of those involved were not available. This accident occurred about 20 minutes after a car crashed into a support beam of a building in the 1900 block of East Third Street. No one was injured in the first crash and damage to the building was minor, fire officials said.
