A tractor trailer rolled onto its driver’s side in the intersection at the 90 block of Market Street just before entering the city, according to police scanners at round at around 8:46 p.m. Thursday. Traffic going into the city was not blocked though traffic heading into South Williamsport was blocked. According to the scanner, there were unknown injuries.
