Ciocca acquires local dealerships

An announcement has been made this week of the acquisition of Fairfield Auto Group, Muncy by Ciocca Dealerships.
The purchase adds three new franchises to Ciocca -- BMW, Toyota and Genesis. In addition, it means the addition of two dealerships from manufacturers already part of Ciocca, Honda and Hyundai, according to Ciocca officials.
The local dealerships, located in the Fairfield Auto Mall on Lycoming Mall Drive off Interstate 180, will give Ciocca Dealerships 16 dealerships across the state and New Jersey with 14 different vehicle brands. With this latest addition, Ciocca dealerships now account for almost $750 million in annual sales.
Ciocca employs more than 850 people.

The dealership will take the names: BMW of Williamsport, Ciocca Toyota of Williamsport, Ciocca Honda of Williamsport, Ciocca Hyundai of Williamsport, and Genesis of Williamsport.
