The body of the man found along the Susquehanna River bank in Fairfield Township on Monday afternoon has been positively identified through dental records, and the death has been ruled a suicide, according to Lycoming County Coroner Charles E. Kiessling Jr.
“Our investigation into this death is completed and no other details will be released from this office,” Kiessling said.
