JUNKED BUS CATCHES FIRE ON ROUTE 15 – While being towed to a scrapyard near Snyder County, an old bus caught fire in the southbound lanes of Route 15, just north of the Foy Avenue interchange, in Old Lycoming Township about 5:30 a.m.Thursday, according to Lycoming Regional police. Upon seeing that it was on fire, the tow truck operator quickly disconnected the bus from his vehicle. Firefighters from the city, the township and DuBoistown responded and extinguished the stubborn fire. There were no reports of injuries.
