Bradford County Prison inmate Brian Joe Rought, 46, of Towanda, has been charged with felony theft and bad checks for writing a $7,299 bad check to Fairfield Motorsports, 99 Grey Fox Drive in Fairfield Township, when he purchased a 2023 Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle on July 6, state police alleged in court records. Following his recent arraignment before Whiteman, he was recommitted to the prison in lieu of $10,000 additional bail. He is being held in Bradford County on other criminal charges.
