Dwayne Scott, 48, of 610 Grace St., apartment 9, has been charged with indecent assault and corrupting the morals of a minor for having inappropriate contact with a female juvenile acquaintance on Lincoln Drive in Loyalsock Township back in early August 2022, state police alleged in a criminal complaint filed earlier this year at Whiteman's office. Scott was recently held for court on the charges following a preliminary hearing. A warrant for his arrest was expected to be filed after he failed to appear for the hearing.
