North Central Sight Services gets contract for state agencies

North Central Sight Services Inc. in partnership with UniqueSource Products and Services is now contracted to offer document shredding services for Commonwealth agencies, including executive, independent, and state-affiliated entities in central Pennsylvania. According to a news release, NCSS became the sole provider of document shredding to state agencies in Bradford, Centre, Clinton, Columbia, Luzerne, Lycoming, Montour, Northumberland, Snyder, Sullivan, Tioga and Union counties in early July. Average long-term mortgage rate climbs to 7.09%

The average long-term U.S. mortgage rate climbed this week to its highest level in more than 20 years, pushing up borrowing costs for homebuyers already challenged by a housing market that remains competitive due to a dearth of homes for sale.
