Commission for Gender and Sexuality award scholarships at Bloomsburg

BLOOMSBURG — The Commission for Gender and Sexuality at Bloomsburg, a Commonwealth University, awards two scholarships each year to provide financial support to students in the LGBTQIA+ community. The first scholarship is endowed directly by the Commission through its annual fundraiser. LOCK HAVEN — The new Robert and Dolores Lynch Multicultural Resource Center (MRC) at Lock Haven, a Commonwealth University, has seen many students come through its doors since opening in September. “Students come in and out all day, whether it be to mingle and/or study,” said Mia Swales ‘19, MRC director and student success specialist. Lock Haven Red Cross club to host 2-day community blood drive

LOCK HAVEN — Lock Haven, a Commonwealth University, will hold a two-day Red Cross blood drive on Tuesday, Nov. 15, and Wednesday, Nov. 16, from 1 to 6 p.m. at the Student Recreation Center, 550 Railroad St. The event, sponsored by the Lock Haven Red Cross Club, is open to the public.
