A Pennsylvania county that has tangled with Gov. Tom Wolf over his pandemic restrictions agreed Friday to spend $2.8 million on a universal masking-wearing campaign. Loyalsock aims to stick with in-person learning plan

Loyalsock Township Superintendent Gerald McLaughlin told the district’s board that plans to bring students back to school for the fall five days a week for in-person instruction are moving forward with the date for opening set at Aug. 31. McLaughlin made the comments at the board’s meeting held virtually Wednesday night.
