The Black Panthers improved to 6-4 by earning a win on the road over Shikellamy, 27-20, on Friday night. The Black Panthers' Chris Doyle scored three second-half touchdowns -- all rushes -- which helped Milton build a 27-14 lead with 2:15 to play.
Shikellamy scored with no time left.
Doyle ended with 99 rushing yards on 20 carries and Xzavier Minium added 97 rushing yards on 16 carries. Milton had 236 yards on the ground on 44 carries.
Minium had a 25-yard run for the game's first points with 11:05 to play before Isaac Shaffer-Neltz tied it with an 81-yard run, 7-7.
Shikellamy held a brief lead when Gage Wolf scored just before halftime to take a 14-7 lead into the half. But Doyle then came up huge in the second half, scoring a 4-yard run in the third quarter to tie the game before giving the Black Panthers the lead with 7:20 to play in the game.
LOYALSOCK 49, WARRIOR RUN 0
Loyalsock had three pick sixes by Naz Smith, Rian Glunk and Logan Bastian, and Glunk had a punt return for a touchdown as the Lancers pummeled Warrior Run in the Week 10 regular-season finale.
Glunk scored three ways, as he also had a receiving touchdown from Tyler Gee. The Lancers' quarterback also ran in two touchdowns.
Davion Hill went over 1,000 yards for the season in the win as well. Loyalsock scored 49 points by midway through the second quarter.
CANTON 36, TROY 0
Canton won its first NTL Large School title since 1998 -- prior to the large and small school divisions -- with a shutout victory over Troy to end the regular season 10-0.
Riley Parker had an outstanding game for the Warriors, rushing for 122 yards on 21 carries and finding the endzone three times.
Parker had two rushing touchdowns in the second quarter for a 14-0 lead. Parker then had a 12-yard score with 5:11 to play in the third quarter which put Canton ahead, 22-0.
Hayden Ward added 40 rushing yards and a touchdown. His score came with a minute to go in the third quarter to make it a 28-0 lead.
Caiden Williams scored Canton's final touchdown when he recovered a block punt with 4:22 to play.
Troy was held to just seven yards of total offense as it ran for 13 yards on 34 carries and had minus-6 passing yards. Canton also forced 12 fumbles and recovered six.
LEWISBURG 12, MIFFLINBURG 6
Oewn Ordonez and Logan Callison both scored in the third quarter to give Lewisburg a 12-0 lead, and the Green Dragons held on late to prevent Mifflinburg from tying the game in a six-point win.
Ethan Dominick ran for 46 yards and Jeremiah Davis added 38. The Green ragons held a 228-124 advantage in total yards against the Wildcats.
Troy Dressler threw for 113 yards for the Wildcats, but Lewisburg picked him off three times.
