Local roundup: Nick Trevouledes scores 76th career goal in Hughesville’s win over Wellsboro in boys soccer

Nick Trevouledes had a hat trick in his final game with Hughesville to end his career with 76 goals as Hughesville blanked Wellsboro, 6-0, on Thursday in boys soccer.

It moves him into second all-time in Hughesville’s career scoring list.

Josh Heiney added two goals and Zack Johnson scored one.

Jersey Shore defeated Selinsgrove, 3-1. Nick Ritter scored on a penalty kick early for the Seals to go ahead, 1-0, before Connor Cornelius tied it with a PK in the 22nd minute. Peyton Welshans and Pete Bellomo both scored in the second half for the Bulldogs. Cornelius and Nick Bellomo added assists.

Jersey Shore goalie Gage Thomas had a huge stop on a PK from Ritter in the second half.

Milton scored twice in a 38-second span to defeat Selinsgrove, 2-0. Seth Yoder and Carter Lilley both scored for the Black Panthers. Lilley's goal came from a penalty kick.

Dom Ballo assisted on Yoder's goal.

South Williamsport built up a four-goal lead by halftime en route to a 5-0 win against Muncy in a Mid-Penn contest. Hayden Swinehart scored two goals and had three assists.

Gabe Harvey had an assist as well. Brock Weaver recorded four saves to preserve the shutout for the Mounties.

• In girls soccer, Both Payden Mathieson and McKaye Wilton scored to help South Williamsport defeat Warrior Run, 2-0. The Mounties limited the Defenders to four shots on goal.

Leah Walter had a goal and assist and Ryen Roush added a goal as Milton defeated Wyalusing, 2-0. Alexis Beaver had an assist as well. Mo Reiner had six saves in goal for the Black Panthers.

Mikayla Long, Maria Bozella, Farida Aboueid, Caroline Blakeslee and Sophie Kilbride all scored in Lewisburg’s 5-0 win against Jersey Shore. The Bulldogs’ Gracie Welshans recorded 23 saves.

Lewisburg is now 7-6-3.

• Muncy defeated Milton, 4-0, in the Indians' regular-season finale. Madeleine Boerckel scored the first two goals and Ryanna McLean and Haillie McClure each had a goal. The win came a day after Muncy beat Southern, 1-0. Haillie McClure scored against the Tigers and Alaina Brelsford and Brandi Hitesman combined in goal for the shutout on Wednesday.

Lewisburg beat Mifflinburg, 3-0. Emma Terry, Madi Redding and Olivia Bartlett all scored for the Green Dragons. Lewisburg scored twice in the fourth quarter.

Ryan Brouse and Redding had assists.

• Galeton defeated Coudersport, 3-1 (25-11, 18-25, 25-15, 25-23). Lauren Sauley had 18 assists, Johanna Dickerson had a team-high 21 digs and 14 assists, Alli Macnesky added 11 digs and 13 kills, and Olivia Rohrbaugh had 10 kills and 16 digs.
