Lewisburg field hockey falls in District 4 Class A semifinals

Lewisburg out-shot Line Mountain, 6-4, but the Green Dragons couldn’t put in a goal as Line Mountain secured a 2-0 win in the District 4 Class A semifinals on Tuesday in girls field hockey.

Laney Yeager scored in the third quarter at the 13 minute mark to put the Eagles ahead, 1-0. Line Mountain then scored four minutes later when Yeager assisted on a goal by Teague Hoffman.

Lewisburg’s Keeley Baker had two saves.
