Donald W. and Esther L. (Chestnut) Karschner celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary on June 24, 2020.

Donald is a retired self-employed carpenter and Esther is retired from Primus Technologies. They enjoy traveling, gardening, bike riding and camping.

They are the parents of two daughters, Jill Shafer, of Harrisburg, and Joy Packard, of Jersey Shore; and one granddaughter.
