Guy and Carole Liguori Jr. of Williamsport are observing their 60th wedding anniversary on April 22.
They were married by the late Rev. Donald Hurley in the First United Methodist Church, Jersey Shore.
Mrs. Liguori is the former Carole Anderson. She was born in Jersey Shore, the daughter of the late Walter and Margaret Kioske Anderson. Carole graduated from Jersey Shore High School in 1957. She retired from the former Revco Drug store.
Guy was born in Barton, New York, the son of the late Guy and Helen English Liguori. Guy graduated from Jersey Shore High School in 1956. He proudly served with the United States Air Force and retired from the former Osram-Sylvania.
Guy and Carole are members of Saint Paul Calvary United Methodist Church in Williamsport.
The couple are parents of two children, David Liguori and Karin (Dr. Robert) Chianelli.
They have three grandchildren, Jordan (Maggie) Ritter, Bo Ritter and Jillian (Tanner) LeBlanc and two great grandchildren, Madalyn and Owen.
