Mrs. Splain, the former Tina A. Stryker, is a native of Williamsport. She is the daughter of the late Herman E. and Peggy A. Baumgartner Stryker. She graduated from the Williamsport Area High School in 1983. She is employed by UPMC as an Office Assistant II.
Mr. Splain is a native of Williamsport. He is the son of the late Gerald D. Splain, Sr. and Deanna L. Keller Kepler. He is also the son of the late Stanley O. Kepler Sr. He served in the U.S. Army from 1982 to 1988. He is the owner of Renewable Energy for PA LLC.
They are the parents of 3 children. Amanda Splain of South Williamsport, Lyndsay Lichtenfels of Lebanon, Pa. and David Splain of Williamsport. There are 3 grandchildren, Alanah, Brody and Lydia.
