Dean L., Jr. and Cathy A. Bowman of Mill Hall observed their 50th wedding anniversary on Aug. 20, 2021.
They were married by the Rev. Robert Kulzer in the (former) Faith Tabernacle Church in Williamsport.
Mrs. Bowman, the former Cathy A. Paulhamus is a native of Salladasburg. She is the daughter of Helen S. Paulhamus and the late Floyd L. Paulhamus. She is retired from Jersey Shore (now Geisinger) Hospital.
Mr. Bowman is a native of Mill Hall and is the son of the late Dean Sr. and Nancy Bowman. He was a self-employed carpenter and is now retired.
They are the parents of two children, Dean L. III, of Altoona and Tia Marie Hillyer of Mill Hall.
They were honored at a surprise celebration on Sunday, Aug. 22, 2021.
