Pamela and Michael Carpenter, of Clinton Township, celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary on Sunday, Dec. 12.
The couple was married Dec 12, 1981, at Faith United Methodist Church in Montoursville by the Reverend Stratford Taylor and Monsignor Eugene Clark.
Pam is the daughter of the late Emmons G. and Eleanor M. (Crissman) Green. Mike is the son of Harold J. and Carlene M. Carpenter. They have one daughter, Katrina (Thomas McFarland), of Williamsport.
They are planning a trip to Jamaica next spring to celebrate their anniversary.
