Marie (Henry) and James Stuchell, Williamsport, recently celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary August 30, 2023. They were married by Rev. Arthur Peden at the United Methodist Church in Juneau, Indiana Co., Pa. in 1958.
Mrs. Stuchell, the former Marie Henry, is a native of Rochester Mills. She is the daughter of late Alpha and Carl Henry and attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Stuchell, a native of Punxsutawney, is the son of late Lena and James Stuchell. After graduating from Penn State in 1958, received a master's degree in City and Regional Planning in 1960 from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill.
Together they founded and operated the local RE/MAX West Branch Real Estate office.
They are the parents of two daughters: Lynne A. Nerenberg (Dr. Michael) of Del Mar, Cal., and Dana M. Jacques of Williamsport, and son James C. (Michele) of Savanna, Georgia. There are seven grandchildren. The couple attends Wings Of Love Community Church.
