Gary and Cindy Kimble from the Jersey Shore area celebrated their 50th anniversary on Oct. 6. They were married at St. Paul's United Methodist Church by Pastor Donald R. Shover Jr.
Gary is the son of the late Edward J.P. and Wanda Kimble. He graduated from Williamsport Area High School in 1970. He worked at Acme Markets for 20 years and retired after 21 years from Williams Gas Pipeline.
Cindy is the daughter of the late W. Jay and Vivian Bloom. She graduated from Williamsport Area High School in 1972. She retired from AT&T after 30 years and is one of the original Swingin' Saggin' Seniors. AKA "Annabelle and Harvey."
The couple has two children, a daughter, Jaymi Porter of Oak Creek, Wisconsin and a son, Jarred Kimble of Larryville. They are blessed with five grandchildren and one great-grandson.
They haven't changed a bit in 50 years -- she's a beauty and he's still debonair!
