Frank Higgins, Jr. and Mary Kasper Higgins of Blossburg will be celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary on July 27, 2024.
The couple was married July 27, 1974 in Mansfield. Mary is retired as a bookkeeper from Tri-County Rural Electric and Frank is a retired Tioga County Treasurer. They have two daughters, Jennifer Kokolis of Henrico, Va., and Lindsey Harner of Williamsport.
