Dean and Helen Kirkendall celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on April 24, 2025.

They have lived in Picture Rocks for 53 years. Dean retired after a 36 year career from the Pennsylvania State Police. Helen retired after a 26 year career from the East Lycoming School District.

They have 4 children, Dean (Stacey), Deb (Brian), David (Shelly), Denise (Chad). They have also been blessed with 11 grandchildren.
