Russell (Mike) and Sonya (Sonnie) Barclay celebrate 40 years together.

Introduced to each other in the spring of 1985 by a mutual friend, the late Mary Ann Blair, they met on the front porch of a friend’s house along Lycoming Creek in the Powys area, which would remain their neighborhood to this day.

They raised three 3 amazing children in spite of thinking they probably did everything wrong, Allen (Amanda) Barclay, Brooke (Wilson) Haines and Terra (Joe) Garwood. They have four absolutely cherished granddaughters, Isabelle, Alexis, Madelyn and Allison.

In honor of their 40 years, they are planning some porch sitting, pool floating, camping with family and friends, backyard barbecues, maybe a few trips, and all the simple, wonderful things that make their lives complete.
