Elaine Marie (Klees) and Lyle (Skip) Miller observed their 50th Wedding Anniversary, October 18, 2025.

They were married by the late Reverend Raymond Schloyer at the Bethel United Methodist Church, Montoursville.

Mrs. Miller, a native of Williamsport, is the daughter of Joan Rothrock and the late George Klees. She graduated from Montoursville Are High School in 1975 and retired in 2022 from UPMC Williamsport as an Anesthesia Tech.

Mr. Miller, a native of Williamsport, is the son of the late Ruth and Lyle Miller. He graduated from Montoursville Area High School in 1972 and retired in 2010 from Local Union #520, Harrisburg.

They are the parents of three daughters. Jamie (Mike) Moyer of Ellicott City, Maryland. Julie (Alec) Persun, of Northumberland. And Jennie (Larry) Smith of Olympia, Washington.

There are five grandsons and two granddaughter and 1 great grand-daughter.

In honor of their 50 Years together they traveled extensively this year. They were also honored at a brunch on the beach in Aruba on their actual Anniversary, and a Surprise Party at Pier 87, given by their daughters and their families.
