Patricia (Winder) and Robert Wasaff observed their 50th wedding anniversary on Aug. 23.

They were married by the Rev. Carl Peterson at Calvary United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Wasaff, a native of Williamsport, is the daughter of the late Helen Lanning and Robert Winder. She attended Williamsport school district and is a homemaker.

Mr. Wasaff, a native of Broomfield, Colorado, is the son of the late Robert Sr. and Lanelle Wasaff. He graduated from Broomfield High School and attended the former Williamsport Area Community College. He is currently retired.

They are the parents of seven daughters, Juanita Hendricks (Jim) of Linden; Deborah Jolin (Fred) of Florida; Patricia Houseweart of Williamsport; Tanya Kennedy (Russ) of Williamsport; Robin Tallman (Scott) of Florida; Candi Claussen (Steve) of Oregon; and Lori Housten of Colorado and four sons, Will (Donna) Weigle of Williamsport; Robert (Lisa) Ensinger of Williamsport; Charles (Cynthia) Ensinger of Elliotsville and Victor (Marta) Wasaff of Hawaii.

They have 38 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.

In honor of the celebration they spent time with family.
