Dennis and Rosalie (Brion) Grove of Muncy will celebrate their 55th wedding anniversary on April 25.

They were married by the Rev. Lester Barton at Buchanan Baptist Church, Williamsport, in 1971.

Rosalie is the daughter of the late Leon and Betty (Murray) Brion. She graduated from Williamsport Area High School in 1971.

Dennis is the son of the late Wilbur and Helen (Hafer) Grove. A 1967 graduate of Williamsport Area High School, he received his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1971. He worked for the Lycoming Country Planning Commission, Grit Publishing, and was self employed before retiring in 2020.

They are the parents of a son, Jason (Erika) of Pearland, TX; a daughter Jennifer of Harrisburg, PA; and a daughter Cheryl (Jeffrey) Russell of Denver, PA. They are proud grandparents to Ava and Cole Grove of Pearland; and Jaden, Ella, and Catherine Russell of Denver.

They attend Watsontown Alliance Church and volunteer with Child Evangelism Fellowship.

The Groves will celebrate with their children and grandchildren in Muncy this summer.
