Kyle D. DeHart and Cynthia J. Brooks, of Williamsport, are announcing their engagement and planning a wedding ceremony for September of 2022, to be held in Montoursville.
Brooks is the daughter of Mae and Steven Harman, of Jersey Shore and Steve Brooks, of Muncy. She graduated from Jersey Shore High School in 1997 and is employed at The Villa.
DeHart is the grandson of Helen and Dale Stewart, of Montoursville. He attended Montoursville High School and is now a self-employed entrepreneur.
