Allie Dowell and Ryan Sullivan have announced their engagement.
Ryan is the son of Christopher and Debra Sullivan. He is a graduate of Loyalsock High School and received his bachelor's of science in civil engineering from Penn State this year.
Allie is the daughter of Richard and Julie Dowell. She is a graduate of Loyalsock High School and will be graduating from DeSales University with a bachelor's of science in healthcare administration next May.
They are planning a June wedding.
