John Garneau Jr. and Ginger Stephens Garneau are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Elizabeth Garneau, to Joseph Tertel Jr., son of Joseph and Sandra Tertel of Frackville.
Elizabeth is a 2012 graduate of Bloomsburg University with a bachelor's degree in business administration/marketing.
Joseph graduated with a bachelor's degree in graphic design from Penn College and received his master's degree in business administration/marketing from Penn State University in 2011.
Elizabeth is employed by GNC as a marketing project manager.
Joseph is senior director of performance marketing at Eko Health. A May 2023 wedding is planned.
