Keith R. and Mary Ann Bauer, of Williamsport, announce the engagement of their daughter Rachel A. Bauer, of Denver, to Daniel Witherspoon, also of Denver. Daniel is the son of Judson Witherspoon and the late Aimee Witherspoon of Vancouver, Washington.
Rachel is a graduate of Mercyhurst University, Erie, and holds a bachelor's degree in ballet performance and a minor in psychology. She is a retired professional ballerina and is employed by Entrust as a sales support specialist IFI.
Daniel holds a bachelor's degree in applied physics from Whitman College, Walla Walla, Washington, a bachelor's degree in computer engineering and a bachelor's in electrical engineering from Washington University, St. Louis. He is employed by Boeing as a design and development engineer.
A Sept. 7, 2024, wedding is being planned at Chateau at Fox Meadows in Broomfield, Colorado.
