Ensinger-Tallman
Announcement has been made of the engagement of Robin Ensinger and Scott Tallman, both of Jacksonville, Fla. A May 5, 2018, wedding is being planned. Ensinger is the daughter of Patricia and Robert Wasaff, of Williamsport. She graduated from Williamsport Area High School in 1984. She received an associate degree in health care and administration from the University of Phoenix. She is self-employed. Tallman is the son of Connie Tallman, of Williamsport. He graduated from Williamsport Area High School in 1985. He retired from the Navy after 21 years of service.
