Lycoming County libraries participating in National Night Out

The Lycoming County Library System will participate in the upcoming National Night Out program on August 5th from 6 pm to 8 pm at Fairlawn Community Church, 353 Pleasant Hill Road, Cogan Station, PA 17728.

An outreach vehicle will be available at the event for guests to sign up for library cards, check out materials, and learn more about the Lycoming County Library System.

National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and strengthens neighborhood spirit. Many cities and towns across the United States will participate by hosting events like block parties, festivals, and cookouts. The local event is co-sponsored by Lycoming County Regional Police and Fairlawn Community Church.
