Classes on nutrition coming

Parents and caregivers of children 18 and under are invited to participate in Nutrition Links, a free nutrition education program offered through Penn State Extension, according to a news release. The program is open to parents and caregivers of children who qualify for free or reduced school lunch or WIC, as well as young adults who qualify for SNAP benefits.Participants will work with a Penn State Extension nutrition education adviser to complete lessons focused on healthy eating and smart grocery shopping.
