Photographer to share tips for covering youth sports

The Susquehanna Valley Shutterbugs will highlight tips for photographing youth sports at their regular meeting at 7 p.m. on Sept. 22 at the Thomas T. Taber Museum, 858 W. Fourth St., Williamsport. The program, led by freelance photographer Ralph Wilson, will provide tips and suggestions geared towards parents, grandparents, students and fans that can help capture action and sideline images with the equipment they have on hand. Church to offer blueberry festival in late September

A Fall Blueberry Festival Kickoff will be held from noon to 3 p.m. Sept. 28 at St. Luke Lutheran Church, 1400 Market St., Williamsport. Museum program focuses on women’s suffrage movement

The Thomas T. Taber Museum of the Lycoming County Historical Society will host a lecture by Amanda Owen at 2 p.m., Sept. 21.
