Documentary examines history of presidential voting in Tioga County

Two special screenings of the film “Presidential Elections 1789-2020: Facts, Tidbits, & Cartoons - Focus: Tioga County. PA” will be shown in the Deane Center’s Coolidge Theatre at 104 Main St., Wellsboro on Oct. 30 at 2 p.m. and on Nov. 4 at 7 p.m. A third special screening will be presented on Sunday, Nov. 3 at 2 p.m. at the History Center on Main Street, 61 N.
