Concert planned for outdoor stage in Wellsboro

The McKrells featuring singer/songwriter Kevin McKrell, will perform Celtic folk and Celtic bluegrass music at 3 p.m., May 1 on the outdoor stage on the Central Avenue side of the Deane Center for the Performing Arts, 104 Main St., Wellsboro.
