City couple’s honeymoon in Hawaii

Melissa Rose Wenzel and Brett Stephen Kelley, both of Williamsport, were united in marriage at 2 p.m. on Aug. 11, 2018.

They were married by Father Brian Van Fossen, at Saint Joseph The Worker Catholic Church. A reception was held at The Benjamin Ballroom, and a rehearsal dinner was held at Le Jeune Chef.

The bride is the daughter of Steven and Rosellen Wenzel, of Williamsport. She graduated from Williamsport Area High School in 2010, received a bachelor’s degree from Penn State University in 2014, and a masters degree from The College of Saint Rose in 2016, both degrees in communication sciences and disorders. She is employed by AdvantageCare Rehabilitation, at Valley View Rehab and Nursing Center in Loyalsock as a speech-language pathologist.

The groom is the son of Lee and Janice Frank, and Dennis Kelley, of Williamsport. He graduated from Williamsport Area High School in 2001, and received a bachelor’s degree in 2005 from Lock Haven University in sports administration. He is employed by River Valley Transit, as a systems coordinator and compliance officer.

The bride was escorted to the altar by her father, Steven Wenzel. Pianist was Jennifer Fyre, of Williamsport. Vocalists were Zachary Wagner, Zane Wagner and Zoe Wagner, of Williamsport, friends of the bride. Readers were Joseph Weber, of Williamsport, uncle of the bride, Tori Morgan, of Allentown, aunt of the bride, and Patricia Cioffi, of Williamsport, aunt of the groom. Altar servers were Maria Helminiak and Marcus Helminiak, of Williamsport, friends of the bride.

Maid of Honor was Elizabeth Ratke, of Washington D.C., friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Micaela Weber, of Williamsport, Shelley Blaker, of Philadelphia, Jillian Morgan, of Allentown, all cousins of the bride; Jaime Kelley, sister-in-law of the groom, Myla Kelley, niece of the groom, both of Williamsport; Erin Boring, of Elizabethtown, Alyssa Deiter, of Baltimore, Breeann Hall, of State College, and Krista Feather, of Boyertown, all friends of the bride.

Best man was Nicholas Kelley, of Williamsport, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Chase Kelley, of Williamsport, nephew of the groom; Ryan Cioffi, of Williamsport, Christopher Cioffi, of Cincinnati, Michael Cioffi, of Virginia, all cousins of the groom; Ryan Brown, Justyn Clark, Justin Fetherbay, Brett Leinbach, and Daniel Weaver, all of Williamsport, friends of the groom.

Following, they took a trip to Hawaii. The couple resides in Williamsport.
