Cody Bomberger, 28, of 2869 Four Mile Drive, Montoursville, allegedly kicked a glass door that shattered toward a woman and child on Dec. 21 at 8:15 p.m., according to state police trooper Oliver Barbour.
District Judge Gary Whiteman arraigned Bomberger for recklessly endangering another person and endangering the welfare of children.
