Criminal charges have been filed against Nathan Allen Minier, 42, of 1383 Fairview Drive, Unityville, following a disturbance he created at the JLP Bar and Grill on Myers Road in Penn Township about 9:40 p.m. on Feb. 12, state police alleged in an affidavit.
The bar manager had ordered him to leave the establishment after he threw quarters at the manager and struck him, police said. As he was leaving, Minier punched the front door window, breaking the glass, police alleged.
He then climbed into his pickup truck and before leaving, struck the business' front porch railing with the vehicle, causing in excess of $2,000 damage, police alleged. Charged with criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and harassment, Minier has been sent a summons to appear before a district judge.
